Warranty Policy
The following agreement represents the entire agreement between SmartMicro USA and the Buyer for all transactions. No party is authorized to make changes without the express written consent of duly authorized officers of the Company. This agreement replaces all prior agreements, written or verbal between the Company and Buyer.
SmartMicro USA provides a 100-Day Replacement Warranty* for all LCD Screens. A 30-Day Replacement Warranty is provided for all inverter boards and optical drives. If the product does not meet the industrial standards during the warranty period, SmartMicro USA would replace it. Each returned item will be carefully inspected and must not have any signs of abuse or intentional dmage.
*Warranty includes DOA (Dead on Arrival) or manufacture defect, such as spot, line, picture, and image problems. SmartMiro USA Replacement Warranty covers three (3) or more dead pixels during the warranty period. Please note: All DOA issues and shipping damages must be reported within 7 days after package is received.
SmartMicroUSA.com is not responsible for the following terms:
o We are not responsible for any losses in the mail while returning returned merchandise.
o Merchandise should be carefully packaged, as it was received insured for the full amount of purchase.
o Returned items with signs of abuse or intentional damage will not be accepted.
