| Shipping Policy

Smart-Micro USA provides FedEx and USPS shipment services for all our the packages. For domestic shipments, shipping cost starts as low as $15. For international shipments, shipping cost starts as low as $45.
For international shipments, shipping costs do not including the custom, duties, and import fees. International buyers are responsible for custom, duties, and import fees.
All shippments are automatically insuranced for $100 for shipping damage or package lost. Shipping insurance is optional to be added to your shopping cart. If there is no shipping insurance added to order, the damaged coverage will be up to $100. If the shipping insurance is seleced, the shipping will have full coverage of the value.
The package will be shipped out on the same day your payment is received by 5pm CST. Packages will be shipped the following business day if the payment is received by 5pm CST.
All next day service will be received on the following Monday if the the order is received by 5pm on Friday. The Saturday delivery is available for additional fee. Please note the estimated shipping time frame is counted in business days, which does not include Saturdays, Sundays, and major holidays.
For all international shippments, the buyers are responsible for all custom, duty, and import fees. These fees are not included in the shipping charges.
***Due to the inventory count and Thanksgiving holiday, all orders placed after 4pm CST on 11/25/09 (Wed.) will be processed on the following Monday (11/30/09)***
This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of Texas.
